How can I recover the password to my trading account?

To reset your password for your trading account, please follow these steps:


  1. Log in to your personal area and navigate to the "Trader - Accounts" section.
  2. Click on the Settings icon (gear image) next to your trading account.
  3. Go to the "Trading password" section.
  4. Click on the "Forgot password?" link, then confirm your action.

  5. A letter containing a new trading password will be sent to your email.


Please note that your trading account number serves as the login for account authorization.
