What is account archivation?


The Company reserves the right to archive a Client's trading account if the balance falls below 1 (one) USD/EUR and there has been no activity on the account for 60 calendar days (30 days for Micro accounts). Upon archiving, the funds from the account are transferred to the Safe, and any Credit Bonus associated with it is removed. The Client may recover their trading account by contacting customer support.
